Adobe Flash is a browser application that can do a lot for your website. It can display everything from simple animations, to run complex interactive scripted panels with a rich array of sounds, movies, animation. A simple animation with 3-5 elements will average between $40 and $60, while a large and complex interactive panel can be far higher.
